I'm at level 71 and have an attack number of 900 something. In order to win fights you need to purchase and use boosts as often as you can. Join up and I too can send you gifts every day, along with energy packs that give you additional energy to fight more. At level 30 you need to make sure and not try to fight people with alot more inventory than you. You also want to pick fights with people that have small mafia numbers. Don't try to fight people with 50 mafia and tons of inventory. Start small. Also buy properties and add to them as much as possible. This brings in cash to you and allows you to buy more inventory to use for fighting.
