Hello, I am new to your forum. To the point, I will be starting in a 9 month HVAC/R NATE certification program in february. I would like to remain a member of your forum so I may gain the wisdom from your members as I move forward. To give you a little background, I worked for an HVAC company 9 years ago for 6 months. The company let me go to save them money, low man on the totam pole. I am changing careers and because my current career for the past 9 years has had nothing to do with the trades, at all, I am starting from square one. My goal with your forum is to learn from your experienced members what I need to learn now so I will set myself up for the program I will be attending, and through my new career.

    Thank you.

Electricity. You can teach any electrician the mechanical side. But you can never teach electrical to a plumber.
