One of my guys used to work for a trane office, and claims they used it a lot. We recently rehabbed some fifteen year old custom air handlers, and he wanted to use it there, but we ended up using an epoxy instead. I would say this, he is a stubborn, old school, so it right kindof guy. He wanted to use it again, so it must have some value.
