working on the home gym. finally got my basement organized. took eight damn hours. let the workouts RE-commence!
Fitness equipment, the clothes hangers of the future At least most of it I've seen is about 4-6 weeks after the new wears off
yah, all my equipment had turned into that. out of necessity unfortunately. small place, pre-teen daughter, clothes EVERYWHERE. i built a cool clothes rack for hanging clothes up in the basement so i could get my equipment back. every time i went down there all my equip was covered in clothes.
Speaking of clothes, my wife is redoing the closet as I type We were reading the paper and her side collapsed, will it didn't collapse, there were so damn many clothes hanging from the wire rack thing, it flipped it up and everything came crashing down, I had welded up some aluminum angles to reinforce the mounts that came with the house, they are still there the rack just flipped up Guess she bought a few too many clothes Friday What is it with women and clothes and shoes?????????
fixed and clothes back up ...never hit the shoes but just to many clothes to hang soooo, guess I'll be sorting out to take to the resale shop ! To make room for more
Do five pushups... the next day do 6.... You will be surprised in 30 days.. But if your one of those that believe if God wanted you to touch your toes. He should of put your toes on your knees, well start the tread mill..... Its always better to have a partner.
Now Cheryl is using my side.... But it's always " I don't have anything to wear".. Bless their hearts....
What type of home gym do you have? I've been throwing around the idea of getting one.. I would like to reduce the size of the spare tire around my waist from a full size to one of those little ones.

Before you drop a few hundred on a decent home gym, I'd recommend some dumbbells and a jump rope. You can get a great whole body workout and never use a machine.
Lot's of floor exercises that will do you in too! One of the motivators for me was hearing residential customers I had for Sears and my little service company say... I would do that but I know if I got down on the floor I wouldn't be able to get back up. I heard that line over and over thru the years.
I did the workout program "Insanity" 60 days, lost 32# didn't require 1 piece of equipment anyone want the videos let me know
Google up "high intensity interval training". You old guys may want to avoid bodyrock.tv in those results. She will kill you. ;-)
