Yep in RTUs its easier to service. We can supply the curb or curb adapter. Our curb supplyer has outlets all over the US so you should save a bit on the shipping

Jay they have been available thru the commercial account managers for a year. Global parts hasn't moved much of our rooftop stuff in the last year. I just did a dozen Trane units after Christmas in Oklahoma for an entire police department.

How about racks in there for 12" filters?
Of course we would need them in the return and not the supply.
We have a customer that mixes powders for food, they generate a huge amount of fine dust.
Right now we're looking at replacing a 20 ton evap coil in a 4-year old York RTU.
The filter service was downgraded by the previous service company, they used cheaper filters.
This saved them a little but is costing them a lot.
There are some other RTU's up there that will be replaced in the coming years, a 12" bag pre-filter might be just the trick.

Same concept can be added for the filters on the curb construction for the filter access. Just a few more fees.
